The latest Trainer for version 1.22.2.3s is also working for the newest version 1.22.2.6s.

ok I'm sorry for that translation xD, anyway I tried already but it does not work ... I have windows 7 64bit, it works only on win 10? I have the original game on Steam. I hear the sound activated, but nothing works, I have also read the instructions

For me all the options working...
