Since the trainers aren't made by profesionals, but by gamehackers who do this for fun, it may be that some errors occur while using a trainer.
Because we can't know what exactly happened, you need to write your error report as detailed as possible. Here are some information which we need to know:
Gameversion:
This is probably the most important informatin for us. Our trainers are most often written for a specific gameversion. You need to compare the version the trainer is written for with your gameversion.
Here a small guide on how to get your gameversion:
1. Navigate to your installation directory.
2. Right click on the game.exe and choose "Properties".
3. Click on the "Details" tab.
4. Read the "File version" row
Here a screenshot:
Additionally say from where you got the game. For example RETAIL/STEAM/D2D/Digital Download Version/Cracked/No-DVD/CD.
Trainer version:
Sometimes we write different trainer for different gameversions. Make sure that you used the correct trainer for the speicifc file version of the game!
Started trainer as admin?:
Make sure that you ran the trainer as admin (rightclick on the trainer.exe --> "Run as administrator") since our trainers are injecting code, wich needs certain permissions.
Antivirus/Security Software:
Some antivirus/security software is blocking the functionality of our trainers, since they think that malicious code gets executed. This is in every case WRONG. Our trainers contain 0% malicious code or stuff like that. Just uninstall your crappy AV if it detects one of your trainers as trojan.
Operating System:
It is of great importance to say your operating system. Also tell us wich .net framework you have installed.
Detailed error description:
Did something not work? Did something lead to a crash of the game? Wich options were enabled/disabled? What did you do ingame? Did you read the documantation (.nfo file) wich comes with the trainer?
