I think for this game its not possible to do a teleport cheat thats working flawlessly. The game structure does not allow the teleport cheat to work correctly.
It has nothing to do with the coordinates for other objects. In other games its still the same.
Example...
The NPC's that are walking around... They will go from one coordinate to the next and so on.
