How does DIDE Developer menu tool work?

Hello invictus and H.O.G.H family
There are many methods to get access to developer menu:

1- Deadly cobra developer menu




But there is a problem, I tried to look what he changed, I found (I guess), they are debugconf files, I copied them to my original data0 but developer menu didnt work, so there are another things to edit to open developer menu.
Finally I couldnt find what I need to edit more.
If I use this directly, it works with deadly cobra's data0.pak but there is one problem too.
His data0.pak cant be changed/modificated. I mean, when I try to change his data0 files, error messages occures "read-only"

I tried many ways to repair archive or use 7-zip but archive doesnt let you change anything (you can test his file, doesnt matter if you have game or not, just download his file and try to change something in his data0.pak)
I want to change something because there are something I want to do speacialize, so I need a developer menu access which lets me change system files everything I want.

2- Finally I found invictus's developer activator, now I can change everything I want, thank you.
But it is not all yet..
The activator must be opened to use it, deadly cobra made it by changing something on system files but he protected his work (I guess)

Hmm, I want to know how to make or unpack this invictus's tool (to make it personal for me by change some cheats add/remove)
And want to learn how to activate developer menu manually as cobra did.
