More infos please. What's happening, when you start the trainer?
A simple "doesn't work" doesn't help

absolutely nothing happened when I started the trainer and no activating sound when I press buttons of the num pad Ctrl+nums even when I started the trainer as admin .my operating system is windows 8.1 64 bit

Of course there are no activateing sound if the trainer isn't running.
Do you have Net. Framework inatalled?

the trainer is running but it has no effect on the game that what I meant when I said no activating sound . I had the trainer before on win 7 32 bit and I had no problem ..net frame work is installed and all other related programs

You have to activate the trainer each time you use it.
Start the game, start the trainer and press the insert key while you are in
the mainmenu.

It should be compatible, but I haven't testen it.

Kann den Trainer erst am Sonntag updaten, vorher
schaffe ich das nicht. Zum neuen Anno kann ich noch nichts sagen.
Ist immer blöd, wenn man sich ein Spiel kauft, welches man dann doch kaum spielt.

Also per STEAM gibts noch kein neues Update zu Anno 2070.
Die aktuellste Version ist nachwievor die 7780.

Da fällt mir grade auf das der Trainer unter Windows 10 nicht oder nur eingeschränkt funktioniert.
Zum einen funktioniert keiner der HotKeys bzw. lässt sich das schwer aktivieren.
Zum anderen crasht das Spiel beim Cheat Infinite Money (andere Optionen hab ich nicht getestet).
