Small tutorial on how to find the magicka value...
For these steps its better you start Skyrim in window mode
1. Start cheat engine
2. Start skyrim
3. Start a new game or load a savegame
4. For the next steps its needed that there's no other npc around the near area of your player character. Its better you're inside a house where no other peoble are. Make sure you already have choosen a spell (right or left hand).
5. Press the [ESC] key to go to the menu (better stability)
6. Tab to cheat engine (skyrim still running) with hotkey [ALT]+[TAB]
7. Open process "TESV.exe"
8. Under the address list view you'll see a button "Memory View" -> click on it
9. A new window will pop up. Right click in there and choose "Go to address".
10. In the new window write in the address "006E03DE". You'll be directed to that address.
11. Rightclick on that row and choose "Find out what addresses this instruction accesses".
12. Cheat engine will come up with a debugger message. Click on yes/ok to let cheat engine get debug access to the game.
13. A new window will pop up. In the bottom right of this window choose the type "Float"
14. For the next steps its better you place this new window besides the skyrim window so you can see it even when you are back in skyrim...
15. Ok tab back to skyrim and press [ESC] again to go out of the menu. Hold an eye on this cheat engine window. An address will be added this is your health address/value.
16. Now use your equiped spell to decrease your mana. Now look at the cheat engine window. There will be one more address added. Its your mana address/value. Everytime your mana decreases/increases ingame this value will change.
17. Ok tab out and back to this cheat engine window and right click on your mana address and choose "show register states".
